Gatineau Park

KM of Trail: 171+
Description: Lots of climbing and descending on a variety of trails from gravel-surfaced doubletrack roads, to flowy dirt trails, to technical and rocky singletrack.
Fees: Free for summer use. Winter access fee applies.
Best For: Epic distance rides; climbing workouts, spotting wildlife; rides with a swim after; bikepacking.
Winter Use: A reduced set of trails (49.4km) are open for fatbiking in winter. Minimum tire width 3.7”. Trails manually compacted by walkers and snowshoe users. Please stay on the trails designated for fatbike use and do not venture onto ski trails. 
Rules & Restrictions: Dogs are permitted on leash on some trails and not permitted on others. Please consult the National Capital Commission (NCC) website for more info.
Trail Closures: Summer mountain biking season runs from May 15th to November 30th inclusive, trail conditions permitting. Trails are occasionally closed in summer or winter seasons due to trail conditions or for repairs. Please consult the NCC website before heading out.
