Membership Migration Update

We have completed the move of our membership system to our WordPress site. This was a large undertaking and as with any data migration, there are always bumps.   We’ve completed the import, but it seems some people got multiple e-mails to reset their password (you were only supposed to get one).  Also, some people may not have gotten the reset password e-mail.

To manage your account and reset your password, please use the new members area on the website (https://ottawamba.org/membership-account/).  You can also access the membership account from the menu on the website (Membership —> Membership Account).  When you access the account page, you will first be prompted to login.  You can use the “Lost Password” link to reset your password and then access your account.

Please check your memberships and profile data, to ensure we’ve brought over the correct data.
