Over the past few months, we have been planning and testing a migration from CCN to a new membership provider. This transition is driven by several key factors, including improved cost efficiency, greater flexibility, and enhanced reliability. On December 17, we will be shutting down CCN and moving all accounts to the new system. We expect this process to take only a few hours, with full service restored by December 18.
Once the migration is complete, you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password. This step is required because we are not transferring any existing passwords or credit card information to the new platform. After resetting your password, you will be able to manage your membership through our website using a simple, streamlined interface.
